BUILDING SURVEY
Here at DENSTONE we also provide a fully insured building survey (formally known as an RICS Level 3 Home Survey) is the most comprehensive and detailed inspection of a property’s condition. It provides an in-depth analysis of the building’s structure and fabric, identifying visible defects as well as potential hidden issues that may arise in the future.
Fees: A one-off £980 + travel cost (free within 30 miles of our Manchester office)
